Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: How is your school different from other schools?

A: We have small class sizes and teach all subjects with Biblical integration. We also have chapel everyday as well as students in all grades are required to take a Bible class every year.

Q: What are the school hours?


Kindergarten8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Elementary School8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Middle School8:00 AM – 3:15 PM
High School8:00 AM – 3:15 PM

Q: What is an average class size?

A: The 2014 average class size is 12. The smallest class is seventh grade with seven students and the largest is eighth grade with 21. Many of the eighth grade students divide up into high school classes and therefore there is not a class with 21 students. Our classes are held to a 20 student maximum.

Q: How is your school accredited?

A: Knoxville Christian is dually accredited by NCSAand AdvancEd

Q: Tell me about your faculty.

A: Our faculty are all christians who are either licensed teachers or have worked in the field they are currently teaching.

Q: Do you admit students in mid-year?

Elementary: After the beginning of the year we allow students to enter our program through Christmas. After Christmas break we allow acceptance on a selective basis.

Middle School and High School: After the beginning of the year we are more selective regarding students who enter our program. We do not allow students to enter our program after Christmas break.
